We are a trauma-sensitive coaching practice and through individual and group coaching, we work with clients around a variety of challenges that are negatively impacting their individual resilience, relationships, happiness and overall-wellbeing and/or causing barriers to progress either personally or professionally.

2. Initial Consultation chat

Initial consultation chats are generally carried out online over Zoom, or in person at our offices in Urmston, Manchester. This is where we get to explore the things that are causing you the biggest challenge, what you want to prioritise the coaching focus on to support and enable change and agree on how that change will be supported and measured.

 

3. Development, Delivery & Evaluation

After the initial consultation, and it feels like this is the right approach at the right time, we will co-design together a programme of support that is tailored to you.

  • Aligned with your interests & learning style

  • Pitched and paced that supports challenge, growth and change

All our programmes will have agreed progress review activities built in, with a final evaluation conducted at the end of the programme.
