Coaching Programmes

Every person is different, so we take the time to understand life experiences and current circumstances, to create an individual needs-led coaching programme designed to support you to :

  • To identify what is at the heart of an issue;

  • Understand and articulate clearly what change(s) they want to make;

  • Recognise their role and their ability to make changes;

  • Examine their options for moving forward;

  • Create achievable plans that deliver real and lasting positive change.

We also offer feedback using a range of Psychometric and assessment tools, and these can be incorporated within a coaching programme offer or can be arranged on a stand-alone basis.

Finding the Balance - Coaching for Wellbeing

With all the daily demands on us, and technology making it virtually impossible to switch off from work, we can feel trapped in a constant state of stress and exhaustion, heading towards Burn-Out. This coaching programme is designed to help you recognise what is important, make decisions about what has to change and action plan to get the balance back.

ICanBe - Reintegration & Transition Coaching.

We all have our own lens through which we see ourselves and the world around us. When the lens is clear, we show up as our best self, but our life experiences have the ability to change the clarity of the lens, and detrimentally impact our sense of self and safety. This trauma-sensitive coaching programme will allow us to work together to buff out these scratches, create and embed self-care routines, and make plans that will create the long-term change(s) you want from life.

Family Coaching

Family Coaching works with one or more family members to make the changes that will ultimately improve overall family life; the interactions between family members, how they relate to one another and how the family functions as a whole. It is a strengths-based approach that works with families where they are now, with no judgement as to whether this is bad, good, right or wrong, and supports them to consider the key things they would like to be different, and what actions or changes they can make to get the improvements they want.

Executive & Leadership Coaching

Adopting incongruent leadership styles can have profound negative impacts on both leaders and their teams, creating issues around trust, engagement and performance. This programme will help identify and define distinctive leadership characteristics and pathways to further develop and enhance your leadership skills.

Working Together

I believe that we all have the capacity for greatness and that once we stop being limited by beliefs of who we feel we should be, and start focusing on who we truly are, that greatness will flourish.

Rachel Valentine, Executive Wellbeing Coach, Consultant and Facilitator,

I bring my true self to our coaching sessions; my warmth, my empathy, my ability to listen to truly understand, my imperfections and my (somewhat quirky) sense of humour, and I will challenge you to do the same.

Through workshops and one-to-one coaching, my focus is on promoting and enabling choice, finding clarity around what is important, and developing pathways that support success, resilience, and overall wellbeing.  Working collaboratively, I support clients to rediscover their strengths and inner resources and understand how these can be leveraged to stop the unhelpful patterns of thinking or habitual behaviours that may be keeping them stuck. Discovering for themselves what changes they wish to make and how they are going to make them happen.

“THE PRIVILEGE OF A LIFETIME IS TO BECOME WHO YOU TRULY ARE.”

― Carl Gustav Jung

Testimonials

A little bit of feedback from a few of my amazing clients

Rachel’s warmth and openness has led to a relationship built on respect and trust. I was made to feel so welcome and at ease from our initial meeting and I felt that Rachel really heard what I was saying and the direction I wanted to take with the company. This safe space has really helped me move forward confidently and make some wise and honest decisions.
