EXECUTIVE & Leadership COACHING PROGRAMMES
Commonly this takes the form of a 3 Month, 6 Month or 12 Month coaching programme, however, there is flexibility built into each, so a suitable and tailored package is provided for each client’s needs and circumstances. The specific details of this will be discussed during the initial free 30-minute initial coaching meeting, which will be held face-to-face at my office in Manchester or via Zoom video conferencing. They can also take place at a mutually agreed/client’s site, subject to additional travel costs.
Pre-Coaching Meeting: During this informal chat, we will discuss where they are now, their challenges and successes, as well as any, prospective opportunities that may be on the horizon. We will explore the elements of coaching, and how it will support the long-term goals or changes you want to achieve. If the approach and the timing is right for you, I will send over a coaching proposal for agreement, confirming the programme duration, any specific psychometric assessments and the costs and a Coaching Contract to sign.
90-Minute Initial Introductory Session: In this session, we spend time getting to know each other and agree and set priorities and goals for the coaching.
60-90 Minute Coaching Sessions: We will start by reviewing progress against previously assigned actions, and then agree the focus of the session. Our sessions are dedicated to focusing on areas for positive change and I will support the client to challenge their assumptions, complacent thinking and habitual behaviours that are acting as prohibitive barriers in their quest to develop and grow into the leader that they want to be.
90 Minute Final Coaching Evaluation Session: We will revisit the specific goals for the coaching and assess the clients progress towards them, agreeing further areas of development or action. We will review the impact of the coaching, and explore the clients ability to continue to use self-reflection and self coaching techniques to promote their long term growth.
